I have had better presents from the free grotto in my local shopping centre. The other activities were just cheap crafts that you normally expect as at playgroup or free event. The gingerbread decorating was rushed and not very interesting. The staff were not very good at their jobs and the interactive play was awful and not at all engaging. I would say avoid this rip off at all costs. It was the worst experience we have ever had! They should be reported to trading standards for mis-selling the event.
