4. Ice Rink at Winter Village, Westfield London
Information and Reviews
- Had a total blast. Shout out to staff members Kejdi and Griselda for making it worth our while. Really nice staff! Coming back with friends today and would recommend.
- Very bad experience. The rink had a lot of water. Very slippery. Besides all the staff were very rude. Just 3 people giving the shoes back after the session. Take us hours. Bought the ski aid for my 9 year old girl and since she was tall (above 1.20) they didn’t give her the penguin. No refund for the 5 pounds that cost me. Not recommend this ski rink at all.
- I gave 4* only because it’s made outside, when they used to make it inside, it was a bit helpful because it’s so cold to wait outside for your child or a family or friend member to finish, while it was so good to wait inside in a warm area or waiting in a cafe or restaurant rather than waiting in the street.
- I wasn't there to participate in the skating, but actually visited a nearby venue. The skating rink was busy for a Sunday evening and seemed to have quite a few skating assistants with the skaters, which seems to be useful and efficient for all skaters. It seemed to be fun and a place for any age to attend for fun. I recommend her for kids.
